GLBD Market Event Rental
Whether you're looking for a space to host your next small soiree, vibrant celebration, or corporate event, the GLBD Market transforms to match your unique vision. From the twinkling lights of the covered patio to the lush green of our outdoor area, guests are welcome to explore and mingle in a venue that is flexible and intimate.
The basics:
Outside of regular business hours: $200/hour, minimum of 3 hours.
During business hours peak season April-June, rental starts at $2500
During business hours outside of peak season July-March, rentals start at $1000
Parties of 15 or less can reserve space at our market during normal business hours and order directly from our menu items with a $150/cleaning fee only
Cleaning fee all events: $150
Minimum of 2 staff members on site at all events. Staff rate is $30/hour, minimum of 4 hours for each staff member, this includes set up and breakdown. Staff is always scheduled one hour longer than the event run time (30 minutes before and 30 minutes after).
Food & Drink:
GLBD is happy to customize menus for event, offering grazing menus, buffet-style menus, and full sit down services.
All food and drink menus require an in person meeting to review possible options.
Outside food is permitted, but access to GLBD refrigerators and kitchen is not available. Outside food is only permitted at events when the market is closed. Any food brought in must be ready to be served as it is.
Outside drinks are not permitted. Any alcohol or other beverages must be purchased onsite and we can offer a variety of options.
GLBD does have dishes, silverware, and glassware available for use. Please meet to discuss details.
Flower Bouquets:
GLBD makes gorgeous bouquets with our home grown flowers April-November.
Typical bouquets are in a standard wide mouth mason jar and are $25/each
Out of season bouquets are $30/each
We can also offer larger table arrangements, corsages, boutonnieres, and more
